FAQS 

  • Income is from all sources from anyone over the age of 18 in your household. This includes wages, bonuses, tips, unemployment compensation, alimony, child support, pension benefits, Social Security benefits, recurring gifts and public assistance. Now that you’ve applied to Riverwalk Park please review in detail the documentation you’ll need prepared to move forward when we reach out.

  • Be prepared to present copies of recent years’ federal tax returns, recent paystubs, and copies of financial statements. Start to keep these now so you will have them easily available if you are invited for a consultation. For more information on documentation requirements, please see “After You Apply” above.

  • Consultation locations will be communicated to applicants in Q3 2020. We will have updates on the website and will also inform applicants directly.

  • The preferences and order in which applications will be reviewed are as follows: 7% of apartments for mobility, hearing and/or visually impaired, 50% of apartments for residents of Manhattan Community Board 8, 5% of apartments for municipal employees, followed by the remaining non-preference applicants.

  • Heat and hot water will be included

  • All residents will enjoy the benefit of an attended lobby and on-site Resident Manager. Other amenities, which do have a cost, include a fitness center, yoga studio, children’s playroom, bike storage, party lounge, game room, and library.

  • We welcome pets, our policy limits households to two pets; breed restrictions for dogs will apply. Pet owners will need to complete a Pet Rider addendum to their lease.
